HARRISBURG – Senator Lynda Schlegel Culver (R-27) and Representative Justin Fleming (D-105) will host Scouting America at the Capitol on Monday, June 9 for their annual “Report to the Commonwealth.”
Scouting America, formerly known as the Boy Scouts of America, is a Congressionally Chartered Organization that delivers official reports to federal leaders. Several states, including Pennsylvania, have adopted this tradition to highlight the contributions of Scouting at the state level. The event recognizes the community service, leadership, and personal development efforts of Scouts across the Commonwealth.
The press conference will take place in the Capitol Rotunda at 11:15 a.m. and will include remarks from legislative leaders and Scout representatives.
